All services requested by client, performed as per loan specifications (FHA, VA, Conventional). All work performed to HUD specifications and pricing.


LOCK CHANGE/REKEY ----- Per client specific code, keys forwarded to you (client)

GRASS CUTS/WEED ABATEMENT --- Per FHA Regulations, recut performed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (weeding, mowing, tilling....No job to large or small), per clients request.

HAZARDS ---- Raw trash, oil, gas, tires, paints, etc. removed per FHA regulations or as per clients request.

BOARD UPS --- Residential, commercial, single or multi-tenant properties, per FHA regs and local ordinances.

DEBRIS REMOVAL ---- 12 cubic yards maximum pre-approved per HUD regulations ( includes proof of disposal, landfill receipt will be included, for clients protection), or any type of debris removal as requested by client.

SWIMMING POOLS/SPAS ----( To reduce clients exposure to liability) Per FHA regulations, drain to four (4) feet, shock remaining water in pool, board pool/spa , secure and fence pool area as per clients request .

WINTERIZATION ---- Freeze protection, drain water heater, apply antifreeze to toilets, drains, sinks, showers, tubs, etc.

VEHICLE REMOVAL ---- Per local codes. 

California General Contractor # 855184 performs and coordinate the following:

MOLD ABATEMENT --- Testing, remidiation, and removal

REHABS --- bid/estimate, per Code Enforcement instructions.
